Valentina Thörner has years of experience leading remote teams and coaching others to successfully lead from a distance. Her book of the same name has helped many to weather the sudden changes presented by the forced remote reality during the pandemic. While she facilitates pragmatic and result-oriented workshops for companies across Europe, she also continues to put her own remote leadership in practice as Head of Product for an Estonian SaaS startup.
